For employers
Your programme, with the receipts.
Cover gets bought once a year and then goes quiet. Twelve months later the renewal arrives as a number, and nobody can tell you what the year actually cost or what was done about it. Deronda is the record in between.
What your account shows
The premium, and the commission inside it
What you pay, and what your broker earns from it — 10% to them, 2.5% to Deronda. Agreed before you sign, and it cannot be edited afterwards. A correction is a new dated entry and both stay visible.
Claims, as aggregates only
How many, how much, how long they took to settle. Never who claimed or what for — and where there are fewer than three claims, even the totals are withheld, because on a small scheme two claims and a figure is close enough to naming someone.
What the broker owes you
Duties with dates against them, chased when they slip, and visible to you while it happens rather than summarised afterwards.
Who is actually covered
Your roster, by country, kept current — including leavers, whose records stay because “who was covered, and when” is what a renewal and a late claim both turn on.
What you would actually be looking at.

claims over the policy year
Totals, and how long they took. Never who claimed, never for what — nothing appears below three claims, so a small team cannot be reverse-engineered into a person.

Append-only. Nothing here can be edited or removed, including by us, which is what makes it worth reading at renewal.
What your people get
A desk of their own: their membership reference, who they are covered with, and guidance on how to claim — with the insurer, not with us. Plus a reading room written by people, because most of what stops someone using cover they already have is not knowing it exists.
You never see what they read, ask, or claim. That is not a setting on our screen; it is enforced in the database and covered by tests that run against the live system.
Getting started
- An onboarding call. What you have, who placed it, when it renews.
- We load the policy. Premium, commission terms, renewal date, duties.
- You invite your people. By file, by API, or one at a time.
- Your first quarterly account. The whole year, in one record.
Realistically a few days, not a quarter — most of it is us reading your policy documents rather than you filling anything in.
