For funds
Your portfolio, protected.
Benefits are often the third-largest line in a portfolio company's cost base and the least visible at fund level. Deronda makes it visible without making anyone hand over data they should not have to.
The consent model, which is the whole thing
Always visible
Which companies are on Deronda, how many people they cover, and when each renews. Enough to know where to look and who to ask.
Only with consent
Premium, claim ratio, spend. Shown when that company turns sharing on, and withdrawn the moment they turn it off — the switch is theirs, not yours and not ours.
This is enforced in the database rather than promised on a screen. For a company that has not opted in, the financial rows are not visible to your sign-in at all — there is nothing to leak by accident. A company that is not sharing still appears, with its headcount and its renewal month, because hiding it tells you nothing and knowing who to ask is the useful part.
Companies share more readily when the switch is theirs. That is the practical argument as much as the principled one.
What the Table actually shows you.

Consent belongs to each company and can be withdrawn at any time.
Five of your twelve share headcount but not money. That switch is not on this screen and cannot be — it lives on each company’s own account, and turning it off takes effect immediately.
lives by company
Withheld is written as withheld. A blank cell reads as missing data; this was a decision somebody made, and you should be able to tell the difference.

what you never see
- Any individual employee, at any company, ever.
- Who claimed, for what, or for how much.
- Any diagnosis, condition or treatment.
- Anything at all from a company that has not consented, beyond that it exists and how many people it covers.
These are not settings. They are enforced in the database, and the boundary is tested on every deploy — not promised on a page like this one.
What a fund never sees
Anything about an individual. No member records, no claimants, no reading history, no engagement scoring of anyone's employees. Claims reach you as a ratio and a settlement time, which is what a renewal is argued with.
How companies join
Through your introduction, onboarded in days, with no procurement lift at fund level. Their broker relationship stays theirs; Deronda is the record over the top of it.
